Bhuj Arrival & Sightseeing
Arrive at Bhuj and transfer to hotel. After some rest proceed for sightseeing. Visit Swaminarayan Temple, Aina Mahal Museum or Hall of Mirrors, Prag Mahal, Bhartiya Sanskruti Darshan Exhibition & The Royal Cenotaphs of Bhuj. Overnight stay at hotel.
Bhuj - Local Villages - Black Hill - White Sand Desert - Dhordo / Hodka (Approx 240 Kms / 05 Hrs - 07 Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast checkout and proceed for the Village and Desert Tour followed by night stay in Rounds Huts of Kutch called as 'Bhunga'. get ready to explore the Banni Grassland and Pachham Island at the edge of the Great Rann of Kutch. Later explore the culture and get familiar to the locals of Dhordo, Bhirandiyara, Ludiya and Khavda Village. By noon visit Dattatreya Temple at Kalo Dungar (Black Hill). By evening arrive at White Sand Desert to witness the beauty of Desert at the time of Sunset. Check in Bhunga (Round huts of Kutch) at Dhordo / Hodka Village. Overnight stay at Bhunga.
Hodka / Dhordo - Nakhatrana via Mata no Madh, Lakhpat, Narayan Sarovar & Koteshwar (Approx 280 Kms / 06 Hrs - 08 Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast checkout and proceed to visit some more amazing attractions of Kutch followed by night stay at Nakhatrana Village. Start your day tour with visit to Ashapura Mata Temple also known as Mata no Madh in Local Language. Later proceed to Lakhpat Town; facing north across the Great Rann towards Pakistan. Once an important port city but now virtually abandoned for almost 200 years. A place where you can imagine the rise and decline of a great port city, and simultaneously contemplate the vast emptiness of the desert and the sea. Visit Lakhpat Fort, A unique Gurudwara and A beautiful tomb of Gosh Muhammad ( famous saint, a scholar of many religions known for his Bhajans of Krishna) constructed with constructed with hard black stone. After Lakhpat visit Narayan Sarovar; one of the most sacred sites in Hindu religion and is considered to be one of the 5 Sacred Lakes of Hinduism. Your last point of attraction for the day will be Koteshwar Temple, a place where the immensity of dry land meets the incomprehensible vastness of the sea and the last outpost of human construction at the westernmost limit of India. Visitors can see the Ancient Shiva Temple, Walk along the beach and on a clear night, even see the glow of light from Karachi, Pakistan, on the northwestern horizon. By night arrive at Nakhatrana Village. Overnight stay at hotel.
Nakhatrana - Mandvi (Approx 90 Kms / 02 Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast checkout and proceed beautiful coastal town, Mandvi. Arrive at Mandvi and visit Vijay Vilas Palace (a heritage palace which reflects the splendor and grandiosity of Rajput architecture), Navjivan Nature Cure Centre (one of the best places for experiencing rejuvenation, relaxation and medical treatment), Mazar-e-Noorani (a wonderful white mazar), Organic Farm, 72 Jain Temple Complex, Shipping Yard at Mandvi. Enjoy balance day at the Beach. Check in hotel after sightseeing. Overnight stay at hotel.
Mandvi - Bhuj Airport / Railway Station via Bhujodi Village (Approx 80 Kms / 01 Hrs - 02 Hrs Drive)
Post breakfast checkout and proceed to Bhujodi Village; The hub of Kutchi Craft for shopping. You can buy Hand Crafted products like Exquisite shawls, Traditional Blankets and Handicraft products including Dhablas and Woolen Durries. Later take a drop at Bhuj Airport / Railway Station for your return journey.
