Arrive at Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station and proceed to Puri. On arrival check in hotel. After some rest get the blessing of Lord Jagannath at Jagannath Temple located in the city, an important pilgrimage destination especially for the Vaishnava. Also visit the Gundicha Temple,known as the Garden House of Jagannath. Annual Rath Yatra is celebrated here. Spend rest of time at Puri Beach, one of the finest beaches along the eastern coast of India. Overnight stay at hotel.
Post breakfast proceed for full day Excursion Tour to Chilika Lake, Kalijai Island & Nalabana Bird Sanctuary. The first visit will be to Queen of natural beauty; "Chilika Lake". The largest brackish water lake in Asia covering an area of over 1,100 sq. km is a great attraction for the tourists for fishing, bird watching and boating. Chilika Lake is also famous for Irrawaddy Dolphins. One can enjoy boating at Satpada (at own cost) and visit the lagoon where the lake meets with into Bay of Bengal. Later visit Kalijai Island, famous for its religious significance. Temple dedicated to Goddess Kalijai is located here that is worshiped by Hindu devotees. The last point of visit will be Nalabana; a bird sanctuary located within the lake makes this place a treat for bird watchers coming here from all across the globe. By night back to Puri. Overnight stay at hotel.
Post breakfast checkout and proceed to Bhubaneswar. En-route stop at Chandrabhaga Beach, Konark Sun Temple ( one of the World Heritage Sites in India), Pipli village (famed for appliqué work), shopping at Ekamra Hat (The artisans' market) and Dhauli Shanti Stupa. Arrive at Bhubaneswar by evening and check in hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Post breakfast proceed for full day city tour. Start your day with visit to Udaygiri and Khandagiri Caves. These age-old Jain rock-cut caves takes us back in time and is probably the only recorded history of era that is still shrouded in mystery. Visit Hati Gumpha, Queens Cave, Khandagiri Temple, Kuchila Mai Mandir, Ganesh Mandir, Kharavela Park, Dharmeshwar Temple and many more attractions in these caves. Later proceed for other sightseeing places. Visit Lingaraj Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva), Parasurameswara Temple (Constructed in 650 A.D. this temple is a unique specimen of Oriyan style of architecture. The most special feature of this temple is the presence of one thousand lingas in the north-west corner of the complex), Rajarani Temple (locally known as the 'love temple' because it contains some sensuous carvings of women and couples), Nandankanan Zoological Park (a unique zoo set inside a forest), and Museum of Tribal Arts & Artefacts. Overnight stay at hotel.
Post breakfast checkout and take drop to Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station for your return journey.
